Currently, she manages the global operational performance of JLL’s Project Management Business, overseeing project delivery means, risk management, technology optimization, and employee experience. Additionally, she leads the Design Solutions business in the Americas, focusing on financial management and strategic growth initiatives. With a background in financial planning and analysis, Jaymie has streamlined processes and created efficiencies across various business service units. Her expertise includes supporting Project Development Services, Property Management Asset Classes, and Retail Brokerage.

Jaymie has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Illinois State University. Passionate about strategy, talent development, and teamwork, she has received accolades for her client service and contributions to M&A work. Beyond work, Jaymie enjoys spending time with family, running, and supporting underprivileged sports fundraising efforts.
