Yoga Instructor & Interior Design Junkie, Amy Owen

Amy is a private yoga instructor who customizes yoga and meditation practices for busy people looking to create harmony in the privacy of their own homes. She is a 500 E – RYT certified yoga instructor who leads teacher trainings, workshops and retreats worldwide. She is also the daughter of a former House beautiful editor and a self proclaimed interior design junkie.

Interior Designer & Yoga Junkie, Claire Staszak

Claire is the owner and Principal of Chicago-based interior design firm, Centered by Design. As an interior designer and former yoga instructor she creates sacred spaces for her clients that enhance their daily lives and wellbeing. Modern Luxury Interiors named Claire, ‘A Designer to Watch’ in 2018.
