Jeff DeGraff is a Clinical Professor at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, an advisor to Fortune 500 companies, and the co-founder of the Innovatrium Institute for Innovation, a Haworth partnership. His simultaneously creative and pragmatic approach to creating scalable and sustainable innovation has led clients and colleagues to dub him the “Dean of Innovation.” Jeff is a well-known speaker, with a mission to democratize innovation and creativity—making them possible for everyone everywhere. He is also the author of several books and hundreds of articles on innovation that have been published in Wired, and Fortune, to name a few outlets. Co-authored with his wife Staney DeGraff, Jeff’s newest book, The Creative Mindset: Six Steps to Empowering Innovation, will be published in September 2020.
