A Moderated Discussion with Improv & Leadership Expert, Erin Diehl of Improve it!

In this interactive and high-energy session, improv and leadership expert, Erin Diehl, will teach attendees how to use laughter, positivity, and empathy to hone leadership skills! In addition to an engaging discussion moderated by Yong In, attendees will be led through a couple of improv-based exercises that build connection in the room and relate back to professional development. After the discussion, Erin will participate in a Q&A section with the audience to close out the session

In this interactive session, Erin will teach a few improv techniques from the book that use laughter, positivity, and empathy to help attendees improve the way they lead. The moderated discussion will also tie in stories and techniques from the book that leave attendees with tools and resources for becoming the leaders they were meant to be.
