Senior Principal
Al Fiesel, Associate AIA, IIDA, NCIDQ, is a seasoned design leader with over 35 years of experience in architecture, construction, and interior design. Since entering the industry in 1984, he has directed programming, lease negotiations, schematic design, budget development, contract administration, and construction oversight across an impressive portfolio.
Over his career, Al has successfully delivered more than 58 million square feet of projects spanning corporate headquarters, financial institutions, legal firms, higher education, and global organizations. His work includes major shell and core developments, adaptive re-use of historic buildings, and large-scale corporate relocations and renovations.
Educated at Yale University (graduate studies in architecture) and Iowa State University (Bachelor of Architecture), Al brings a balance of design vision and technical expertise. He is a licensed Interior Designer in Illinois, NCIDQ certified, and an active member of AIA and IIDA.
