Employees will expect a higher standard of safety policies and protections in place for future office working. 76% of employees surveyed by ADP Research Institute in 2021 believe their company is taking appropriate health and safety measures to protect their teams.
When employees are extremely satisfied with the communication from their company in response to COVID19, 96% of them believe that their employer puts their safety first. When communication is poor, only 30% of them believe so (Perceptyx).
