Profiles in Design is an annual recognition program presented by BOS and Haworth that celebrates emerging leaders shaping the future of commercial interiors. Honorees are nominated by the principals and senior leaders of their firms in recognition of their creativity, leadership, collaboration, and growing impact on the industry. Through written features and exclusive video interviews, the program highlights the individuals driving thoughtful, innovative design across workplace, education, healthcare, hospitality, and beyond.

This year also marks a special milestone for Profiles in Design, as 2026 became the first year the program was celebrated across all three BOS regions: Chicago, Orlando, and Tampa. What began in Chicago has continued to grow into a broader celebration of the incredible talent shaping the design industry across multiple communities and markets. We’re proud to recognize emerging leaders in each region and look forward to continuing to support, connect, and celebrate the ever-evolving design community for years to come.
