Many employees are seeing full functionality. If you are unable to get email on your phone, please turn it off and on. Do not try to change settings.
Remote should be operational as well. Try using it as normal. If it fails, click start and type mstsc in the search box (windows 7 and 10) or just at the start screen (windows 8). Then for the server address key in 209.251.80.188
I am aware some emails are bouncing. It turns out the previous holder of our temporary internet address got on Microsoft’s spammer list. I have submitted for a review and removal as a new holder of the address. This should be resolved early Friday.

some cell phones may have email coming in already, others may not. That is a decision made by the flow of the internet and I have no control over it. Please do not alter any settings on your phone, power it off and on if you wish to try that
