What is Workplace Well-being?
Workplace Well-being relates to all aspects of working life, from the quality and safety of the physical environment, to how workers feel about their work, their working environment, the climate at work and work organization.

In business terms, securing employee wellbeing can translate to: more productivity and stronger team morale. Employee wellbeing boosts productivity and performance. It can also help build stronger teams there within creating a more dynamic and engaging culture.

With these unusual times, we want to share a few of our favorite tips for Well-Being in the Workplace.
Research shows that workplace design can increase performance and reduce stress. Attributes of your workplace can help employees’ emotional, physical and cognitive well-being.
- Movement is key. Remind yourself to move throughout the day.
- Take short breaks in nature every day.
- Try to sit with daylight views in your line of sight during your work day.
- When feeling overwhelmed, take a few deep breaths and even walk outside (if possible) to step back, regroup and the re-engage again.
