CEO
Tom Mohr is founder and CEO of CEO Quest. In that capacity, he is a business coach to tech company CEOs. He is the author of five books on the applied science of company-building (Scaling the Revenue Engine, The Four-Way Fit, Funding & Exits, People Design and The Fit Systems Enterprise).
He is also creator of The Rising Leader Series, composed of weekly faith-based letters and poems directed towards the next generation of leaders (rolling out weekly through 2022 at TomMohr.com). In these letters, Mohr highlights the many failures of leadership in today’s world and challenges the next generation of leaders to rise up. New leaders are needed to take on the epic challenges of our time– to heal our planet, support geopolitical stability, strengthen democracy, renew our houses of worship and rebuild our communities. But all this requires leaders of goodness– leaders with a strong ethical core; leaders who have a deep soul relationship with God. In piety (one’s relationship with God) a leader becomes more decent towards others, which grows into greater civility, which nurtures acts of charity, which strengthens democracy, which bolsters global diplomacy, which enables global sustainability. Mohr believes we can’t separate our faith lives from our world’s problems; all flows up from our relationship with God.
