Ashley has worked over twenty markets in multiple sales and marketing capacities. Before becoming Executive Vice President, Ashley led Village Green’s internal ad agency for three years, focusing on property branding and driving qualified traffic using demographic data to focus on the clients’ ROI. Today, she oversees eight Regional Sales & Marketing Directors, the Strategic Growth Team, the Technology/Business Analytics Department, and the Director of Excellence and Customer Experience. Via collaboration and teamwork, Ashley supports her operations team with customer experience, technology initiatives, client engagement, and sales and marketing performance and development for the on-site staff. Ashley also direct public relations, branding, and marketing for Village Green Holding.
