Alice Phillips Topping is the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Ryan Specialty. Alice oversees all of the marketing and communications efforts for Ryan Specialty corporately including the business units within RT Specialty, Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers, Ryan Alternative Risk and Ryan Specialty Benefits and Alternative Risk. Alice joined Ryan Specialty in 2015.

Prior to joining Ryan Specialty, Alice was with Aon Re for 17 years. During the second half of her time at Aon Re, Alice was responsible for the marketing and communications of the reinsurance brokerage operation. Alice developed her knowledge of the insurance industry as a reinsurance broker for Aon where she handled specialty casualty / professional liability accounts. Alice’s insurance career began with a 12-month secondment at Lloyd’s of London.

Alice has her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and has a BBA from Southern Methodist University.
