Overview
What happens when the global consumer population has been trained to expect a culture of choice—then overnight has virtually none? The current crisis reminds us of which choices really matter. But unstructured time and infinite distraction on the internet may make things worse. What will it take for people to not just go back to the way things were once this siege has lifted?
