WHY THIS MATTERS

With 6.1 msf of office space being built by the end of 2020, Chicago looks poised to continue to be a top spot for companies, even without Amazon’s HQ2. With McDonald’s HQ moving from the suburbs into the city, the West Loop looks poised to become a top economic zone in Chicago.
