McNelly gutted an existing building to create an atmosphere that would help retain their current employees and also attract new ones. There was a mix of private offices and work stations for this job, and the breakroom is more of a cafe that will draw employees to eat in there, rather than at their desk.

BOS completely changed the look and feel of the office by reducing panel heights and updating finishes. A great story about reusing vs. decommissioning or disposing which was the customer’s first plan.
