The new workplace for Wilton Brands was specifically designed with the company’s largest asset in mind – YOU, its people. People make up 82% of the costs of a building, which historically has been hidden under the surface when building new offices.
Wilton took a new approach; to use space as a tool and create people-centric work environments that inspires creativity and collaboration that leads to innovation.
And people only collaborate when they’re truly engaged. It works like this:
