As the Chief Transformation Officer of IRCA Group Americas, Nick oversees the execution of the region’s transformation & value creation plans, including strategy, commercial, & operations initiatives. Nick began his tenure in the broader consumer goods industry, specifically in the food, restaurant, & hospitality space, at his previous role at Focus Brands. At Focus Brands, Nick led the Strategy & Corporate Development function, which was responsible for designing growth strategies for their 7 brands plus all M&A activity. He began his career at Deloitte Consulting in the firm’s Strategy practice. Nick holds a Bachelor of the Arts from Columbia University.
