Grindley Williams Engineering desired a space that reflected their culture – transparent and collaborative with the heart of a teacher.  BOS and Haworth were able to translate those concepts into their built environment by collaboration with The Lunz Group to create an open concept in their Lakeland office that provided huddle rooms for private conversations, a training room to accommodate continuing education classes and co-locating the executive offices by the front door.

All this was accomplished while being aware of multiple constraints, including construction during a global pandemic.  In the end, the Grindley Williams project team accomplished their objective: a space that physically reflects their brand and supports their people.
