Important Information:

• Video Shooting Starts at 9:00 AM and Ends at 1PM. You can show up for all or part of this time.
• You only need to complete this form if you’re bringing kids.
• For the video, we’d like to showcase kids between ages of newborn through 10 years old. Older kids, spouses and grandparents welcome if they’d like to come and keep the younger children entertained throughout the day :)
• Feel free to invite friends, family members, or sibling if they have kids. The more kids the better!
• If possible, dress kids in ‘business attire’
• We will be planning something for lunch. More information to follow via Social Instigators.
• At 1PM, we will have a special visit from Santa. Your kids can visit Santa and have a photo taken. If your kids can’t make this event, but you would like a personalized video message from Santa to give them, please let us know via the form on this page.
