Schneider Electric’s new Mt. Juliet, Tennessee facility represents a major step forward in sustainable manufacturing and workplace design. As part of the transition from an older manufacturing site to a new Net Zero, energy-efficient facility, BOS helped create a modern two-story office environment that aligns with Schneider Electric’s global standards while prioritizing sustainability and efficiency.

The project included 136 workstations, private offices, and collaborative areas across nearly 36,000 square feet. A major focus was placed on reusing as much existing furniture as possible, resulting in more than $730K in cost avoidance while still delivering a polished, cohesive workspace. Partnering with JLL and TW Frierson, the final environment reflects Schneider Electric’s commitment to innovation, responsible resource management, and forward-thinking workplace solutions
