BOS partnered with a confidential financial client to revitalize their Chicago headquarters, creating a 40,000-square-foot workspace designed for regional leadership across five floors. The project included a full renovation of one level and strategic enhancements throughout the remaining floors, incorporating new private offices, meeting rooms, and updated amenity spaces to support evolving workstyles.

A newly designed client-facing suite features casual lounges and a café bar, introducing a hospitality-inspired environment that encourages connection and collaboration. Existing Haworth Compose workstations were thoughtfully reconfigured, while Haworth Enclose demountable partitions added flexible, light-filled private offices and meeting spaces. The result is a sophisticated workplace that blends functionality, openness, and refined design to elevate both employee and visitor experience.
