I’m inspired by knowing that the work I’m doing has the potential to positively impact others’ lives. Whether it’s solving a problem for a client, contributing to a discussion, or taking into account how the user will utilize a space. Knowing that my work can make a difference in the world keeps me motivated every day.

Open, transparent, and continuous communication is essential. It ensures clarity, fosters trust, and strengthens collaboration among all team members. Additionally, leading with empathy by understanding and being considerate of team members’ perspectives, challenges, and strengths helps cultivate a supportive environment.

Interests Outside of Work:

Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new places, whether nearby or far from home. Cooking is another passion of mine, and I enjoy creating beautiful tablescapes to complement the meals. I’m always reading and working my way through a stack of books or hunting for unique coffee table books to display.
