Knowing that we, collectively, can shape a user’s perspective and day with how we choose to design is what resonates with me. When we lead with an “Empathy First” approach when we design, that’s where we really start to see some magic. Creating an environment that our clients want to be in and are proud to share with their coworkers is such a unique opportunity that we shouldn’t take for granted. What’s equally inspiring to me is that as a team, we are able to emphasize one another’s talents and strengths to deliver the best result, and something completely new that nobody has seen before. Together, design team and client team alike, we push each other to do our best work.
Keys to a Successful Project:
Empathy, Collaboration, and Pushing the Envelope

Interests Outside of Work:
I am an avid baker, record collector, and vintage furniture hunter. You can find my partner and I always looking to try the newest restaurant or cocktail bar, to then catching the latest stand-up comedy show. You can always find me trying to snap the cutest antics of our three animals, Otis the dog, and Winston & Alfred the cats.
“Alyssa’s energy and drive to create amazing workplace experiences for her clients is awesome. She has garnered rave reviews from recent clients for her creativity as well as her ability to balance goals, drivers and feedback in a gentle and caring way. “

What Is Special About It:
The form of the LC4 has withstood time and style. When upholstered in the cowhide, it gives the chaise an
approachable flair that you can’t help but want to interact with. It’s grounded yet suspended sit is
surprisingly comfortable, defying its initial appearance. It’s truly where art meets form
