Inspired By:
I’m fascinated by the creative process across architecture, fashion, graphic design, and fine cuisine. I also enjoy experimenting with both physical and visual textures, so observing how color, light, and shadow play on different forms is a constant source of inspiration for me.
Keys to a Successful Project:
Successful projects are built on a foundation of vision and organization. At the heart of every successful project is a strong concept, the guiding force or “the why.” This concept is the basis for storytelling. It also unifies the team and aligns efforts. Communication and collaboration within the team are in turn, critical in bringing these ideas to life.

Interests Outside of Work:
I love exploring new destinations, savoring culinary delights at different restaurants, and cherishing moments with family and friends. When summer rolls around, you can often spot me cruising along Lakeshore Drive on my bike, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere and stunning views.
“Aeisha is a joy in the office. She brings her positivity, creativity and juggling abilities to every project while also providing leadership for a healthy workplace culture. We are excited to celebrate her for 2025.”
