A lot of my inspiration comes from watching /researching how people actually interact with their surrounding spaces. It has always been inspiring seeing how people with all kinds of different backgrounds choose to use specific spaces and how a well thought out design/spaces can make everyone in a space feel that much more welcome.
What makes architecture and design in Tampa Bay unique or interesting:
The pace that the field is growing in this area and the wide range of experiences people working in the industry have. You never know who you are going to run into and you never know what kind of insight that person will share with you.
Keys to a Successful Project:
I believe strong communication and trust are key components to a successful project. Open, collaborative conversations with not only project teams but with clients, create an environment where ideas can freely be shared. This open communication and trust creates opportunities to arrive at some of those out of the box solutions or even more straightforward solutions that may have been overlooked at first.

What Is Special About It:
I love the versatility it offers in a layout. It can be used to create an area that promotes collaboration but can also be used as a subtle way to partition off an area for more heads down space in comfortable seating.
