Inspired By:
Supporting people inspires my work as many of the project types I work on assist people in doing their job better. For our laboratory and government project users in particular, their work has big impacts and being able to support them through providing an appropriate and updated space is really inspiring for me to put my best forward.
Keys to a Successful Project:
Communication and an understanding of responsibility are key parts of a successful project. Elements get missed if no one is designated responsible for it. Being at an A/E firm, I find often that clients will make note of elements that are not in my scope, but may be in that of my peers. I find it important to pass that communication onto the team member to make sure it not only gets addressed, but also that the client knows they are being heard.

Interests Outside of Work:
I have found a lot of community through training and racing in triathlons. Sewing was a hobby I picked up during lockdown and have actively done since.

Favorite Haworth Collection Piece:
LC1
What Is Special About It:
It is a great reimagining of a timeless piece. The silhouette is so known but the redesign gives it more comfort since it reclines. It is a piece that feels like it can really elevate the character of the space with its simplicity and material selection.
