Jeff Warner is a CPA since 1977 and holds an MBA from DePaul University in corporate finance.  Jeff has worked in various capacities in the contract furniture industry since 1985 ranging from CFO and Vice President of Operations and IT to General Manager.  He started as the Vice President of Finance for Business Interiors in Chicago and subsequently has assisted several other dealerships throughout the country to achieve their goals.

Jeff has been the CFO for the BOS Team since 2010.

Jeff has considerable experience with mergers and acquisitions within the industry along with information technology ERP systems for dealers.  Jeff has significant skill and know-how regarding the adoption and operation of ESOP owned entities.  Jeff is a former chairperson of the Steelcase Dealers Automation Advisory Board.
