Jon Milonas is a Senior Vice President within the Advisory & Transaction Services, Occupier Group for CBRE in Chicago.  Since joining CBRE in 2007, Jon has completed more than 350 office leasing transactions and is now one of the youngest senior vice presidents at CBRE’s Chicago office.  Jon focuses his practice on representing tenants in the downtown office market across all industries, with a specialization in the legal, financial services and tech industries. Some of his significant clients include Morningstar, Societe Generale, Hewlett Packard, CIBC, PwC and Willis Towers Watson.  A thought leader in the industry, Jon is the author of “Kicking Off Your Office Lease: 6 Proven Steps to Develop a Thorough Strategy and Avoid Costly Mistakes.” In 2017, he released an album of original music, Harmonies of Hope.
