This project was for the Medline, Dubuque, Iowa call center. This is a relocation to a new 66,000 square-foot facility. LEED-certified – the facility features daylight harvesting energy-efficient lighting, solar-tracking skylights, technologically advanced building insulation materials, tankless hot water heaters, and a geothermal heating system.
