BOS partnered with IREM to furnish their Chicago office, creating a polished and professional workspace designed to support both focus and collaboration. Located on the 7th floor at 430 N. Michigan Avenue, the project utilized Haworth and complementary manufacturers to deliver a cohesive, modern environment tailored to the organization’s needs.

Spanning approximately 7,000 square feet, the finished space balances functionality with refined design, resulting in an office that feels both welcoming and purposeful. With every area thoughtfully considered, the workplace reflects IREM’s professional presence while providing a setting that supports productivity and everyday success.
