GE HealthCare’s 25,000 sq. ft. Learning Lab is designed as a dynamic space to pilot the latest workplace technologies and strategies. The lab features upgraded conference room setups, diverse workstations, concierge services, and flexible huddle spaces to promote collaboration and innovation across teams.

Divided into three unique neighborhoods, the Learning Lab allows over 750 participants from the Milwaukee area to experience different workstation styles and provide valuable feedback. This feedback will directly inform future workplace strategies for the Waukesha Campus and other global locations. Key elements of the space include a Work Cafe, concierge space, and various conference rooms designed to enhance productivity and foster a collaborative environment.
