Keys to a Successful Project:
Collaboration, Passion, and Patience! No great idea is done solo. We become great designers through our personal experiences and shared knowledge/experience from others. Passion fuels the creative process, driving us to pus boundaries and explore innovative ideas. Patience is essential as we all know that healthcare projects require meticulous planning, coordination, and ever-changing design elements over an extended period of time.
Interests Outside of Work:
I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my adorable cat, Ellie! When I’m not helping my husband with our home renovation project, you can probably find me checking out a brewery or at my parents lake house in Michigan.

In addition, Rachel’s easy-going personality has made her favorite colleague on project teams. Her positive attitude is infectious, and often appreciated when things get tense during a deadline. The ergonomics of this chair are beautiful. As someone who has had multiple back problems, I have never found a more comfortable chair!
