Every day I am inspired by these two things: People and Nature. The people I work with and surround myself with inspire me because they are each uber talented in a unique way. Everyone has something they can teach you and learning new things will help you become a more rounded designer and person. Be a sponge and take it all in. Traveling will show you just how vast and diverse our planet can be. The world is full of various textures and colors. It can be aggressive or blissful. Experiencing nature firsthand can be a powerful force on your perspective of design and life.
Keys to a Successful Project:
Be Humble – truly listen to and respect everyone’s thoughts and opinions. Be Organized – communicate clearly and keep your calendar tidy. Be Positive – not every project will be glamourous with a gigantic budget but always bring the same energy!

Interests Outside of Work:
Exploring. On the weekends, I enjoy biking along a new path or trying a new restaurant in the city. Chicago has an endless supply of hidden gems. You can really never get bored. On vacations, I’m always headed somewhere new. Whether it’s a city, beach, mountain or desert, I’m there and trying to fit in all the hikes and attractions.
