We’re excited to announce ASID Illinois has teamed up with NKBA and Real Estate to the Rescue for Barkitecture this year! Barkitecture is a premier design showcase and auction to benefit Real Estate to the Rescue and other animal charities. Experience innovative dog houses and cat condos created by local design community and animal lovers alike!

ASID Illinois:

The American Society of Interior Designers – Illinois Chapter (ASID-IL) is a professional association representing the interests of nearly 1000 interior designers, students and design industry partner members in Illinois. The Chapter is part of the larger 25,000+ member organization whose mission it is to advance the interior design profession and communicate the impact of design on the human experience.

NKBA Chicago. Midwest Chapter:

The National Kitchen + Bath Association (NKBA) is a non-profit trade group that promotes professionalism in the kitchen and bath industry. Established in 1963, it has evolved from a network of kitchen dealers, to a premier assocation of designers, retailers, remodelers, manufacturers, distributors, fabricators, installers and other industry professionals. The NKBA Midwest chapter is the country’s largest chapter with over 1800 individual, employee, and student members involved within the local chapter.

Brief Description of Real Estate to The Rescue:

Our mission is to mobilize the Real Estate community to address the plight of homeless pets. We are not a shelter or rescue organization. Rather, we are a volunteer-run, charitable service organization.
