Inspired By:
On the daily, Jessica is inspired by the ever evolving environments, people and cultures that designers and forward thinkers get the opportunity to influence. She takes pride in making an impactful difference and she harnesses that ambition to focus on creating new, exciting experiences, that enhance the communities that we live, work and play in.
Keys to a Successful Project:
Quality, authenticity and most importantly, intentionality. Intentionality drives emotional connections between people and a place. It creates moments and experiences that the end users relate to, feel compelled and inspired by. If all that happens to support a diverse community of people, you have a successful project.
Interests Outside of Work:
Outside of work, she’s always looking into her next travel adventure, booking a reservation at the latest restaurant and checking out the local art scene wherever she is. Everyone thinks she’s a true city girl, but she’s actually from Upstate New York, so country and outdoor exploring is at her core – she loves to snowboard, hike with her black labrador, fish and kayak at her lake house, while taking in the peacefulness and beauty that nature has to offer.
Jessica Gracey is a prolific designer that operates at all scales – from the tiniest detail to the overall story. She has an eye for materiality and a knack for creating layered palettes that translate into exceptional spaces. She is a designer that can jump between hospitality and workplace with ease and is magic in front of clients. Her clients love her and they keep coming back for solutions that are always fresh and never boring that transform into exceptional experiences.
Favorite Haworth Collection Piece:
Favorite Thing About It:
What she loves about the LC3 Collection is that not only are the club chair and sofa super comfortable, they are available in the most fun trim colorways! And, of course, that the original design was conceived by Le Corbusier. Classic and colorful is her favorite.
