Founded in 1948, BOS began as the first Haworth dealer in the world.  As a family owned and operated corporation at its inception, BOS is now owned by it's employees through an employee stock ownership plan [ESOP].  

Through the years, BOS has outgrown several locations and currently maintains five locations throughout the Midwest.  These comprise of our corporate headquarters in Itasca, Illinois as well as our newly remodeled sales showroom in downtown Chicago.  BOS currently owns or operates 260,000 square feet of working showroom, including our warehouses with refurbished inventory.

Despite all the growth and changes, three core competencies remain.

1.  BOS continues to serve clients more efficiently with in-house capabilities.
2.  BOS has a firm belief that its employees make the company outstanding.
3.  BOS has a grander overall goal than providing office furniture; BOS strives to provide lifestyle
      enrichment to its clients and to the community.

BOS takes great pride in its ability to give back to the communities that have helped make it a success.  BOS contributes annually to various charitable organizations and has employees serving on their boards as well as volunteering throughout the community.
